Knightsbridge: a slice of the country near the coast
Knightsbridge Country Estates is a gated community of over 60 homes located in the hilly countrysides of Encinitas, California. Knightsbridge Estates is in the bedroom community of Olivenhein, nestled in the hills between Rancho Santa Fe, Carlsbad, and San Marcos. Located just minutes from three major freeways and multiple shopping centers, parks, and the beach. Our vibrant community was built in the early 2000s and consists of well-maintained, single-family homes all located upon two acres of land.
We pride ourselves on our open walking trails, clean roads, and close proximity to shopping and entertainment.
Our community is maintained by a strong Homeowner’s Association with a board of five elected members. Our small monthly dues ensure that Knightsbridge remains a safe, attractive, and clean place to live.
